Guysimatter, created in partnership with Numbersbright LLC, is a smart decision‑intelligence application designed to help businesses understand their risks, opportunities, and growth potential. The platform analyzes eight essential drivers of business performance, including Business Size, Location, Weather, Social Media, Delivery, Days of the Week, Decision‑Making, and Business Strategy.

By accessing or using Guysimatter, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use Guysimatter. By using the app, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Purpose of the Application
