This app is designed to help you make data-driven business decisions. Here is a guide on how to use each section:
This is where you input your business data to run calculations:
-Enter your Prior (initial belief),
-Likelihood (new evidence),
-Revenue potential.
-And Update factor(new prior)

Regression Predict: Enter Growth (Slope) to predict future outcomes based on the Revenue estimate value. ​
Positioning: Coop/Defeat: Enter payoff values for you (Row) and your competitor (Column) for different scenarios:

CC: Both Cooperate
CD: You Cooperate, they Defeat
DC: You Defeat, they Cooperate
DD: Both Defeat
Tap Coop/Defeat to find the Nash Equilibrium (the most stable strategy).

Tap Standard to see the basic Posterior probability and expected revenue.
Tap Updated to see how the revenue changes based on the "Update" value (Adjustment).
Regression Predict: Enter Growth (Slope) to predict future outcomes based on the Revenue estimate.
Tap Regression to calculate.
After running the calculations in the Decision screen, go here to see analysis:
It interprets the Equilibrium (e.g., telling you if you are in a "Price War" or "Mutual Growth" scenario)
It compares your Regression Prediction against your Calculated Revenue and shows the difference (the "Error Gap").

A Bar Chart compares your Standard Revenue vs. your Updated Revenue.
